Students' Food Safety training

Hospitality and Events students received training and were tested on their knowledge of Food Safety during a recent session hosted by the Division.

Richard Bradford Knox from RBK Consultants ran the event which resulted in a Level 2 Award in Food Safety for students who successfully passed the course.

Course Leader Dr Dorota Ujma said: "The session was a great opportunity for our students to check if they follow good practices in food safety and gain an extra qualification in the process. Thank you to Richard for providing the training."
