The 12-18 month, full-time, paid scheme offers a variety of opportunities to enrich a graduate's career prospects.

Pam also spoke about the growth of the brand and the core values of Marriott, who were recently ranked 4th in the Sunday Times '25 Best Big Companies to Work For' list.
