The Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering

It is the fourth consecutive year when we offer our students an opportunity to undertake Food Safety Training in co-operation with Richard Bradford Knox from RBK Consultants . (http://www.foodsafetyintegrity.com/ ). 

The training is a part of the recent Our UCLan Week activities for the students from THE Division. It is open mainly for first year students, but this year they were joined by students from the final year of the undergraduate Hospitality course, as well as a few postgraduate students interested in enhancing their employability skills.
