Students tackle Food Safety course

As part of the recent Our UCLan Week activities, students from THE Division were offered the opportunity to undertake Food Safety Training.

Richard Bradford Knox from RBK Consultants ran the event which resulted in a Level 2 Award in Food Safety for students who successfully passed the course.

Course Leader Dr Dorota Ujma said: "The certificate is of great benefit to the students as it enhances their employability. The sessions enable them to check if they actually follow good practices in food safety, whilst gaining an extra qualification in the process. Thank you to Richard for once again providing the training."
